Every year, JCI members gather across four continents to connect, collaborate, and lead at our Area Conferences. From the vibrant cities of Asia and the Pacific to the historic hubs of Europe, the Americas, and Africa and the Middle East, these events unite young changemakers who are shaping the future of their communities—and the world.

Conference of America
May 7 - 10, 2025 | Roatan, Honduras
The 2025 Conference of the Americas brought together dynamic young leaders from across the region to exchange ideas, champion impactful projects, and strengthen inter-organization collaboration. With turquoise waters as the backdrop, delegates engaged in high-level trainings, policy discussions, and inspiring cultural exchanges. The conference culminated in an awards night that honored chapters and individuals who exemplify the JCI mission across the Americas.
COA 2025 Winners
Africa and the Middle East Conference
May 21 - 24, 2025 | Durban, South Africa
Set against the vibrant energy of KwaZulu-Natal, the Africa and the Middle East Conference delivered powerful moments of inspiration, growth, and unity. Delegates participated in leadership trainings, debate competitions, and strategic sessions addressing regional challenges. European Conference

Asia and the Pacific Conference
June 12 - 15, 2025 | Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
In the heart of Mongolia, the 2025 ASPAC gathered changemakers to exchange best practices and cultivate regional synergy for action.
