JCI Baltic Conference 2024: Arts of Survival in Borderless Business

KidStart, led by JCI Kinta, empowers children aged 6–12 with skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and mental health. Through partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, and local government, the project blends workshops, training, and a youth-led flea market. Engaging 60+ stakeholders, KidStart fosters leadership, empathy, and community-driven impact through strong multi-sector collaboration and advocacy for children's well-being.
The “For Them” Project in Homs empowers people with disabilities through creative skills training, mental health support, and inclusive events. By promoting financial independence and social inclusion, it highlights talent, fosters dignity, and strengthens community support for people with disabilities. Le projet « Pour Eux » à Homs autonomise les personnes handicapées via des formations créatives, un soutien psychologique et des événements inclusifs. Il valorise leurs talents, favorise l’indépendance financière et renforce l’inclusion sociale et la solidarité communautaire autour du handicap.
The JCI Baltic Conference 2024 in Tartu, Estonia gathered nearly 200 participants from 15 countries. Under the theme “Borderless Business, Teams, and Me,” it featured keynotes, visits, and networking to foster international collaboration and leadership growth.
