The “Lead to Growth” project elevated JCI Queensway’s visibility through media, partnerships, and community outreach, leading to a 135% membership increase. With 54 active members, it attracted young leaders, boosted sponsor engagement, and gained government media coverage. Focused on leadership development and retention, the initiative lays the groundwork for sustained impact through mentorship and strategic growth planning.

The JCI Beqaa Eid Festival gathered 2,000+ attendees, promoting unity and supporting local vendors. Organized by 12 members, it bridged community divides through shared experiences, showcasing JCI Beqaa’s dedication to inclusive, impactful events that foster harmony and economic resilience. Le Festival de l’Aïd de JCI Beqaa a réuni plus de 2 000 participants, favorisant l’unité et soutenant l’économie locale. Grâce à 12 membres engagés, l’événement a renforcé la cohésion sociale, reflétant l’engagement de JCI Beqaa pour une communauté solidaire.

The project focuses on two pillars: strengthening ties with local organizations through active participation, and boosting JCI’s visibility with a branded cargo bike at public events. It also launches youth road safety campaigns and a community-driven social media contest. Le projet repose sur deux axes : renforcer les liens avec les organisations locales via une présence active, et accroître la visibilité de JCI grâce à un vélo cargo brandé lors d’événements publics. Il inclut aussi une campagne de sécurité routière et un concours sur les réseaux sociaux.

The JCI Connection brought together 75 attendees on July 29, 2024, to celebrate leadership, emotional intelligence, and community impact. Inspiring talks by leaders like Sandra Mara Caron and Miss Eco Paraguay Evelyn Andrade highlighted JCI’s role in personal growth and attracting new changemakers.
